To ensure lasting transformation, we take you through a whole-person approach during our 7 weeks together. You will use your mind, ánd will unlock the untapped powers of the body and heart.
Each week you'll gather online for 90 minutes with your fellow explorers. Here you will be guided by our expert coaches and mentors, get to ask questions and share and learn with your co-travelers. Our experts will introduce to you a wide array of concepts, practical tools and frameworks designed to help you untangle that which is stuck, and unleash your best you. These sessions are recorded; ready for you to review as often as you wish. You will have access to an online portal, where you find even more resources and daily micro-exercises that will deepen your learning.
Your journey does not end at 7 weeks. We invite you to stay connected with your fellow explorers and the wider community, and continue to share, learn and grow together.
